Worksheet contents

Do not include health information, identity documents, passwords, personal numbers or third-party private conversations. Prefer a short description of the claim and public links. Copying or exporting a record, if you choose to do so, creates a copy under your control.

Browsing and external sites

Page delivery involves technical connection information, including an IP address and request details. Opening an external source takes you to a service governed by its own conditions. Historical links do not require sending the contents of your worksheet.

Write to hello@otwoo.app about privacy or corrections. Include only what is necessary for your request. Our editorial policy explains the worksheet’s purpose.

Responsibility and infrastructure

Otwoo is responsible for this edition and the contact address hello@otwoo.app. Hosting receives technical connection data; Cloudflare protects page delivery and forwards email to the contact inbox. We do not use advertising, audience trackers or marketing cookies. If you change the colour theme, that preference is stored locally in your browser. The worksheet is not saved automatically.

Do not email sensitive information. Use the same contact address to ask about a message already sent. Retention depends on the purpose of the request and applicable obligations; we do not promise an undocumented deletion period.

The external waiting-list form

The historical Google waiting-list form asks about a tool, phone number, platform, email and city. Opening it leaves this site and subjects that interaction to the form operator’s and Google’s terms. No fields were submitted in our access check. We do not automatically transmit your local worksheet to that form. Avoid entering sensitive health information; we have not verified the form operator’s current retention practice or response times.
